You’ve made some important decisions that will have a lasting effect on the rest of your life. These decisions will culminate in a very special day filled with anticipation and intimacy, excitement and delight. How beautifully this day is photographed depends on another decision: your choice of a wedding photographer. I can capture those memories for you.

After meeting with you about how you want your wedding photographed we will use storytelling and classic photography to capture the romantic moments of your wedding with sensitivity and artistic perception using a list of images personally selected by you, as well as other candid moments. We'll be as inconspicuous as possible and make suggestions to you because your wedding day belongs to you.

To meet a variety of photography needs and budgets we have six wedding collections that range in time from one to ten hours for photographing elopements to all day weddings. Your wedding collection, except The Elopement, includes your wedding album, your wedding proofs on-line; the larger collections include a wall portrait, and The Royal includes two matching Parent albums. Besides the album included in your collection you have options for other styles of albums. All collections include Black and White and some Brown toned photographs. There are handmade folios available that make a wonderful special gift to your wedding party and family. For an heirlom portrait have an artist apply Oil Painting or Watercolor effect to your favorite photograph and have it printed on canvas. Jim Nelson Photography will help make your wedding memories unique to you and special for everyone who attends your wedding.
